I am still in need of assistance this Holiday season, I was Laid off of work, and am now a single mother to a beautiful 7 year old girl. We are facing our electricity being shut off and no way to pay rent, I start College in 2 weeks to become a medical assistant, However that doesn't help with the bills I need to pay RIGHT NOW! If you can help just a little I would so greatly appreciate it, and I know I will pay it forward when I am able to. I appreciate the time anyone has taken to simply read this, and if you can't help financially then prayers are always well respected and recieved. I just don't know what else to do. Help if you can, may you be blessed and stay safe and warm this holiday season. Thank you

Please I need help helping a woman in King George Va. God bless her. She is struggling and has NOTHING. She lost her teenage son a few years ago and is having a hard time this season. She lost her home, has 3 kids and nothing for Christmas. I have and still will do anything I can but please, if you want to help a wonderful woman and her kids with gift cards, gifts, food, clothes. please help me help her. If you cant help, please pray for her. I trust that somehow someway God has brought me here. God Bless.

Single Mom needs help this Christmas

Im a 36 yr old single Mom of a Wonderful 7 yr old boy. His Father has been gone for over a year now and has not payed child support in 8 months. It was a very abusive relationship that I had to get out of for my safety and my sons safety. We found a new home to rent, with hopes of a fresh start. Im proud of the fact I have provided for us and stayed fairly strong. Until now that is. I have had the same job for 7 yrs now and the pay is based on the amt of work available & amt I complete. We have our slow periods, but now is especially slow as our vendors are revamping their systems. So the past month my pay is literally 1/3 of normal. I've tried many resources, but seems no funds are available in most cases. (Busy time of year I guess) In the past month, my car needed repairs, my laptop needed repairs (which I need for work), our tv broke, I am 2 months behind on car pymts, I am 500 short for Dec rent and I have absolutely no way to give my son a decent Christmas. I'm tryin to stay strong for my son, but its hard. I have no family that is able to help, which is disheartening in a way since I have always helped them any way I could, but can't fault them either. I guess my main concern is rent and gifts for my son. I just need to get through this hard time. I want to be smiling through the Holidays, not crying and worrying so much. My son has been through alot of change and he needs this as much, if not more, than I do. So if you can find it in your heart to help at all you would be granting a very much needed Christmas Wish. I am a mother to a beautiful 7 year old little girl, She is not only Bright and Caring she is my entire life. I have been laid off of work do to Health issues with my LIver and Large Intestine, and My husband just got laid off due to lack of work within his company, I am just trying to figure out how to keep the lights on and the rent paid, I came on here at first to ask for assistance with Christmas Gifts for her, however I believe that keeping a roof over her head and heat to keep her warm is a little more important. Anything will help, I would be eternally grateful and when I am able to I will pay it forward. I can not offer much in return, I do make Jewelry so I could exchange that if need be. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE we are facing eviction and many cold nights to come if we don't get help soon.

hey my name is Rose im a single mom im 20 years old i have a daughter she is nine months old. And also im pregnant with another child neither father is in the picture which makes it even harder for me to find a job im behind on my gas and electric bill i have no job period for income and i don't have any money to buy my daughters first christmas presents either i don't feel like a very good mom but im making it slowly im scared i won't have any gas or electric for this christmas if there is any way please make my wish worth wishing for that is for gas, electric, and gifts for my little girl and maybe even a job as well. BALTIMORE -- The Baltimore/Thurston Area Food Pantry will again be giving Christmas assistance, in the form of food baskets and family adoptions for gifts.

Applications are available at the food pantry, Baltimore Fire Department, or by calling Ruth Crutcher-Beckwith at 740) 862-4082, and should be returned to any of the above places as soon as possible.

Christmas baskets will be delivered on Dec. 18, beginning at 9 a.m. Baskets are available for low income individuals or families.

I am a father of 4 and have one on the way. I got injured on the job and no have to live on half of my income from before from Workers Compensation. It pays the rent and bills and food barely, but there is nothing extra. I am looking for some help though Christmas time so my children get to have a nice Christmas. I am a pc technician, but not able to work from my knee injury. If any of you know any organizations to contact or want to help, please do not hesitate. We are in need and would appreciate any help that can be provided.
